Train the body physically, but always train inner Ki and spirit together for complete martial arts balance.
I have been practicing The Art of Tae Kwon Do for 35years of my life. Because of my training and dedication to the sport of Tae Kwon Do I was given many opportunities to represent the United States of America in several of the international competitions including (1992 Barcelona, Spain) World Championships and Pan-American Games.
Through my experience at an elite level of competition and Martial Art training I have learned the true values of Tae Kwon Do as a “Discipline Art”.
I have been teaching Tae Kwon Do professionally for 20 year. Teaching children, women, and men of all ages became a new passion for me. Tae Kwon Do teaches students to have discipline, respect, self-confidence, honesty, integrity, concentration, perseverance and also self-defense. As we practice Tae Kwon Do, students become better themselves both physically and mentally, becoming a more balanced individual.
